empty.gpx is 0 bytes. 1kb.gpx is 1,024 bytes of filler text. Both use the GPS Exchange File name.
Attach either file where your product asks for a .GPX file. Use the empty file for a zero-length check, and the 1 KB file for a small non-empty upload. The download names stay empty.gpx and 1kb.gpx.
empty.gpx is empty. 1kb.gpx is about 1 KB of filler text, not a real GPS Exchange File.
