empty.xlr is 0 bytes. 1kb.xlr is 1,024 bytes of filler text. Both use the Works Spreadsheet name.
Attach either file where your product asks for a .XLR file. Use the empty file for a zero-length check, and the 1 KB file for a small non-empty upload. The download names stay empty.xlr and 1kb.xlr.
empty.xlr is empty. 1kb.xlr is about 1 KB of filler text, not a real Works Spreadsheet.
