empty.msi is 0 bytes. 1kb.msi is 1,024 bytes of filler text. Both use the Windows Installer Package name.
Attach either file where your product asks for a .MSI file. Use the empty file for a zero-length check, and the 1 KB file for a small non-empty upload. The download names stay empty.msi and 1kb.msi.
