Text Files
Download a zero-byte .MSG file, or one of about 1 KB, for QA. Neither file is a real document.
empty.msg is 0 bytes. 1kb.msg is 1,024 bytes of filler text. Both use the Outlook Message Item File name.
Attach either file where your product asks for a .MSG file. Use the empty file for a zero-length check, and the 1 KB file for a small non-empty upload. The download names stay empty.msg and 1kb.msg.
empty.msg is empty. 1kb.msg is about 1 KB of filler text, not a real Outlook Message Item File.
Most apps will report an empty or invalid Outlook Message Item File. That is the point of the fixture.
