empty.dll is 0 bytes. 1kb.dll is 1,024 bytes of filler text. Both use the Dynamic Link Library name.
Attach either file where your product asks for a .DLL file. Use the empty file for a zero-length check, and the 1 KB file for a small non-empty upload. The download names stay empty.dll and 1kb.dll.
empty.dll is empty. 1kb.dll is about 1 KB of filler text, not a real Dynamic Link Library.
