empty.dcm is 0 bytes. 1kb.dcm is 1,024 bytes of filler text. Both use the DICOM Image name.
Attach either file where your product asks for a .DCM file. Use the empty file for a zero-length check, and the 1 KB file for a small non-empty upload. The download names stay empty.dcm and 1kb.dcm.
empty.dcm is empty. 1kb.dcm is about 1 KB of filler text, not a real DICOM Image.
